To pursue the great impression, pork to be used for cutlets (“Joshu pork” in Gunma Prefecture, "Kagoshima black pork” in Kagoshima Prefecture), as well as vegetables, rice (made in Fukuzu city, Fukuoka Prefecture and radish produced in Miyazaki Prefecture), oil and sauce, all of the ingredients are being examined. In addition to Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, we actively expand shops overseas, spreading pork cutlet fans around the world.
