We work on producing high quality products such as the primary products processed from raw meat with cutting, secondary products with heat-processed in order to respond to the diversified needs. ATOM develops variety of products and pursue high quality materials of meat and fishery processing in order to respond to the diversified needs. Besides, we respond to every needs.

Meat Processing
From production to processing, we create a consistent system within company. We commercialize the product and purchase selected materials carefully according to customer’s needs. For security management, we use trace ability. In addition, we have facilities such as our own meat slicer and instantaneous coupling device "Rapid freezer" that can respond to all customer needs.

It has a secondary processing factory that can handle all kinds of cooking, and producing with vegetables harvested at its own farm and region. Manufacture of processed meat products such as pork tripe hotpot, vienna sausage, ham made of pork loin. It also manufactures confectionery and desserts such as bread, swiss roll, pound cake and coffee pudding.

About sanitary management
Intensive inspection and management at each stage of elaborate quality selection and processing of raw materials are necessary for making products with high quality. As a professional of meat and food, in order to deliver safe, secure, fresh and tasty goods, we have a sanitary control room inside our company and conduct strict inspections stipulated by our company standards.
The Atom 3rd Plant was certified as a HACCP certified factory.
What is HACCP?
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point
HACCP is a total hygiene management system that analyzes in advance the harm caused by microbial contamination that may occur at all stages of food production and processing steps. Based on the results, it determines the stage of the important manufacturing management and monitors continuously.
This method is internationally recognized which was announced by the Food Standards Committee (CODEX), a joint institution of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization and the World Health Organization. It is recommended its recruitment to each country.
